Welcome to Voice Zoo (also referenced as ZooVoice), an educational mobile application provided by MadCodeLab ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Educational Purpose & Intended Audience

Voice Zoo is designed for early childhood learning, language pronunciation discovery, and family entertainment. While the app is engineered to be intuitive and engaging for children, we encourage active parental involvement to maximize educational benefit and ensure safe digital habits.

2. Parental Guidance & Supervision

If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a child to use Voice Zoo, you agree to supervise their access. Our application includes a Parental Gate on sensitive settings and external links in compliance with Google Play Families Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Parents remain responsible for managing their device settings and child permissions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within Voice Zoo—including but not limited to animal artwork, graphics, sound effects, audio recordings, character illustrations, animations, user interface designs, and software code—are the intellectual property of MadCodeLab or licensed to us. These materials are protected under applicable international copyright and trademark legislation.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any app assets or software.
• Artworks colored by your child within the in-app coloring book feature remain the personal creative output of your family and are saved locally on your device for non-commercial personal enjoyment.

4. Privacy & Safe Computing

Our collection and handling of device interactions are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary, Voice Zoo does not collect Personally Identifiable Information, does not transmit voice recordings off-device, and configures child-directed, family-safe non-personalized advertisements.

5. In-App Purchases & Advertising (Where Applicable)

Any optional in-app features or ad removals are processed securely through the official payment mechanisms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or retain your credit card or financial credentials. Contextual advertisements are strictly filtered to general audience G-ratings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voice Zoo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for optimal performance, educational value, and seamless audio playback, MadCodeLab does not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted or entirely error-free on all hardware configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, MadCodeLab shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably via mutual consultation.
