Terms of Service for Strongest Character

Welcome to Strongest Character, a retro arcade powerscaling battle simulator provided by MadCodeLab ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using Strongest Character, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Age Eligibility

Strongest Character is designed for players aged 12 years and older (12+ on Apple App Store, Teen on Google Play) due to simulated fantasy combat scenarios and open community debate features. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. License to Play

MadCodeLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use Strongest Character on compatible mobile devices for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Battle Simulations & AI Referee Nature

All match outcomes, stat rankings, damage calculations, and AI Referee verdicts are algorithmic simulations generated for entertainment and speculative debate. They do not constitute objective canon determinations for any fictional franchise. You agree not to attempt prompt injection, automated scraping, or malicious manipulation of the AI engine.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Code of Conduct

In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play Developer Policies, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior in the community feed:

• Respectful Debate: Passionate debate about powerscaling and fictional feats is welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, bullying, and hate speech targeting real people are strictly forbidden.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post captions, titles, or comments containing explicit sexual imagery, vulgarity, racism, real-world violence, or commercial spam.
• Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag inappropriate posts or comments directly within the feed for swift administrative review.
• Sanctions: Violations of community rules may result in content removal, temporary muting, or permanent ban of the offending user's account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Character Disclaimer

The game design, retro sprite animations, user interface, original sound effects, battle calculation algorithms, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of MadCodeLab.

Fictional characters, names, and trademarked terms referenced by users in hypothetical matchups are the property of their respective copyright and trademark owners. Their reference in user simulations is for personal, transformative commentary, parody, and speculative fair-use discussion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Strongest Character is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted server uptime and simulation fidelity, MadCodeLab does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MadCodeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may delete your account and associated community posts at any time via Profile Settings → Delete Account or by contacting madcodelab68@gmail.com. Upon request, all personal data is permanently purged within 30 days.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
