1. Introduction & Overview

Strongest Character is a retro arcade powerscaling battle simulator. Players select or enter fictional characters from diverse universes, configure their forms and stances, and simulate tactical multi-round clashes powered by a multi-variable engine and an intelligent AI Referee. The app includes an interactive "Ask the Referee" discussion mode and a community feed where fans debate match results and combat statistics.

2. Information We Process

A. Anonymous Guest Play & Account Data

Strongest Character is designed with data minimization in mind. You can simulate matches and enjoy all core gameplay entirely as an anonymous guest without registering an account.

• Optional Accounts: If you choose to register an account to preserve combat records and post in the community feed, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.
• Password Protection: Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed using modern memory-hard algorithms (Argon2id). Plain-text passwords are never stored or accessible.
• Local Secure Storage: Authentication tokens and session identifiers are stored solely in your device's hardware-backed Secure Storage (Android KeyStore / iOS Keychain).

B. Battle Simulation Inputs & AI Referee Queries

When you set up a match or query the AI Referee:

• Character Inputs: Names of chosen characters, forms, and custom matchups are transmitted securely to our backend engine to calculate combat stats, round-by-round HP changes, and outcome narratives.
• AI Referee Chat: Questions asked via the "Ask the Referee" feature (such as "Why did this fighter win?" or "What happens in a rematch?") are processed transiently along with the authoritative battle context. These queries are used strictly to provide relevant explanations and are not used to train public generative models.

C. Community Feed & User-Generated Content (UGC)

Players can optionally publish simulated battle summaries to the community feed:

• Posts & Comments: Post titles, user captions, combat commentary, and debate comments are stored on our servers to render the social feed.
• Reactions & Automatic Rematches: Post reactions (Likes and Rage counts) are aggregated anonymously. When a battle accumulates 100 Rage votes, an automated AI rebuttal and rematch scenario is triggered for the community.

D. Telemetry & Analytics

To ensure app stability and diagnose technical issues:

• Self-Hosted Telemetry: We utilize an in-house, privacy-focused PostHog analytics instance hosted on our private cloud infrastructure (https://ui-analyze.madcodelab.cloud).
• Data Collected: High-level application lifecycle events (app launch, simulation completion, crash diagnostics) are logged without personal profiling or cross-site tracking.
• Crash Reporting: Automated crash logs are securely dispatched to our monitoring system to fix defects rapidly.

3. Advertising Practices (Google AdMob)

Strongest Character displays advertisements via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to support free access to battle simulations and server compute resources.

• Identifiers & Diagnostics: The AdMob SDK may process standard advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA subject to App Tracking Transparency consent) and non-sensitive diagnostic telemetry.
• User Consent (UMP): In jurisdictions requiring user consent (such as the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is integrated to allow granular choices between personalized and contextual ads.
• Authorized Digital Sellers: Strongest Character adheres to our verified Authorized Digital Sellers declaration hosted at app-ads.txt under publisher ID pub-1133420470079320.

4. Device Permissions

Strongest Character follows strict data minimization principles and requests only essential network access:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required to contact the battle simulation API, stream AI referee responses, sync community feed posts, and display advertisements.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to verify network connectivity and handle reconnections seamlessly.
• Zero Sensitive Permissions: The application does NOT request access to your device camera, microphone, photo library, physical contacts, call history, or precise background GPS location.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety

To provide a safe and constructive environment for pop-culture debate in compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play Developer Policies:

• Prohibited Content: Harassment, hate speech, vulgarity, explicit or sexual imagery, threats of real-world violence, and commercial spam in post captions or comments are strictly prohibited.
• Reporting & Moderation: Users can flag abusive posts or comments for review. Our moderation team monitors reported items and removes objectionable content promptly.
• Enforcement: Users who violate community rules may have their posting privileges revoked or accounts permanently suspended.

6. Data Security & Storage

We employ robust technical safeguards to protect all user data:

• Transport Layer Security: All API requests are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
