Welcome to Magic Instrument, a creative music application provided by MadCodeLab ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Intended Audience

Magic Instrument is designed for users of all ages who want to explore their musical creativity. By using the app, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within Magic Instrument—including but not limited to instrument sound samples, visual effects, interface designs, graphics, and software code—are the intellectual property of MadCodeLab or licensed to us. These materials are protected under applicable international copyright and trademark legislation.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any app assets or software.
• Any musical compositions you create using the app's standard features are yours to enjoy for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial distribution of music produced solely through our proprietary presets may require additional licensing.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

Our collection and handling of device interactions and app usage are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Magic VIP)

Magic Instrument offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Magic VIP" / "ĐẢO NHẠC") and one-time unlockable items.

• Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• No Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Magic Instrument is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for optimal performance and audio quality, MadCodeLab does not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted or entirely error-free on all hardware configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, MadCodeLab shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably via mutual consultation.
