Magic Instrument is an innovative music application that allows users to play music through a unique 2-axis swiping interface. The app provides various instrument presets, fluid effects, and premium subscription plans (Magic VIP) to enhance the musical journey.

A. App Usage & Settings

To ensure a seamless experience, we store user preferences, unlocked items (e.g., presets and effects unlocked via rewarded ads or subscriptions), and local settings securely on your device using local storage. This data is not transmitted to external servers unless required for account synchronization if you choose to back up your progress.

B. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Magic Instrument offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Magic VIP). All financial transactions and payment processing are securely handled by the official payment gateways of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or billing information. The app only receives an anonymous receipt to validate your active subscription and unlock premium features.

3. Advertising Practices (Google AdMob)

Magic Instrument utilizes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to support free access to features, including unlocking specific presets and fluid effects through rewarded video ads.

• Data Handling: The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect diagnostic data, coarse location derived from IP addresses, and standard advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA subject to App Tracking Transparency permission).
• Privacy Choices & Consent: In applicable regions (such as the EEA and UK), the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides users with granular consent controls regarding personalized versus non-personalized advertising.
• Premium Experience: Users with an active Magic VIP subscription enjoy an ad-free experience.

4. Device Permissions

Magic Instrument follows the principle of data minimization and requests minimal permissions:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required for in-app purchases, ad requests, and fetching remote configurations.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to detect network connectivity and optimize asset loading.
• No Sensitive Permissions: The application does NOT request camera, precise GPS location, or address book permissions. Microphone access may be requested only if a specific recording feature is actively used by the user, and all recordings remain locally on the device.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

If the app utilizes a cloud save or account system, we retain account data only as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the in-app profile settings or by sending a request to madcodelab68@gmail.com.
