Terms of Service for MadGame

Welcome to MadGame, a social board game platform provided by MadCodeLab ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or playing MadGame, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License to Play

MadCodeLab grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and participate in MadGame games on compatible mobile devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access online multiplayer matchmaking and preserve rankings, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account username.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Community Code of Conduct & Fair Play

MadGame relies on a fun, respectful, and honest environment for social games such as Werewolf, Undercover, Avalon, and Coup. Players must observe the following rules:

• Fair Play: You may not use unauthorized third-party tools, hacks, automation bots, or game-altering software to gain unfair competitive advantages.
• Respectful Interaction: Inappropriate, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, or hateful display names and room titles are strictly prohibited.
• No Match Sabotage: Deliberately abandoning matches prematurely, colluding inappropriately across rival factions, or exploiting bugs to disrupt rooms is forbidden.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts found in violation of these rules.

4. MadLove AI Companions

MadGame incorporates AI companion players to ensure match availability and provide practice play. Interactions with AI companions are algorithmic simulations provided for entertainment. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or inject malicious prompts into game bot logic.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets—including card illustrations, character designs, UI layouts, animations, audio recordings, sound effects, game rule implementations, and source code—are the proprietary intellectual property of MadCodeLab. You may not reproduce, modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the application without our express written permission.

6. In-Game Achievements & Virtual Goods

In-game points, badges, rankings, and virtual progress are solely for entertainment purposes within the app. They possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MadGame is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for reliable server uptime and smooth real-time multiplayer performance, we do not guarantee that gameplay will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MadCodeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game.

8. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting madcodelab68@gmail.com. Upon verified deletion, your personal credentials and profile history will be permanently expunged.
