MadCodeLab is deeply committed to protecting the privacy of children, families, and players of all ages. This Privacy Policy governs the Puzzlify mobile application across Android and iOS platforms.

1. Policy Scope & Transparency

This document is an official, publicly accessible, non-editable HTML privacy policy. The Google Play Console store listing, Apple App Store Connect product page, and the in-app settings screen link directly to this URL.

This policy applies strictly to the Puzzlify mobile application. If MadCodeLab develops or publishes other applications, each application maintains an independent policy corresponding to its specific functionality.

2. Child-Directed Commitment (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Puzzlify is designed as a cheerful, educational casual puzzle game suitable for young children, students, and families. We strictly abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 8 for children), Google Play Families Policy, and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 1.3 & 5.1.4 Kids Category).

• No Personal Data Collection: We do NOT knowingly request, collect, store, or solicit Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full names, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, precise geolocation, social security numbers, or biometric information.
• No Account Registration: The application functions completely without user accounts, logins, or social profile creation.
• No Public Sharing: Players cannot post content publicly, chat with other users, or transmit data to external social networks.

3. Device Storage & Local Data

All gameplay progress—including unlocked campaign levels (1 to 200), star achievements, audio volume, and language preferences—is stored exclusively on your local device using secure sandbox storage. This data never leaves your device and is not synchronized with any external remote server.

4. Advertising & Monetization

Puzzlify may display non-intrusive advertisements provided by certified family-safe ad networks such as Google AdMob. All advertising requests enforce strict child-directed treatment:

• tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true is actively set on all ad requests.
• Maximum Ad Content Rating is capped at G (General Audiences).
• No behavioral profiling, interest-based tracking, or remarketing is permitted.

5. Security & Data Protection

Because Puzzlify does not collect or transmit personal information over the internet, your personal identity and sensitive data remain entirely private and secure within your device.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect game improvements or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted immediately to this public webpage with an updated Effective Date.
